Anti-PDCD1 Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PDCD1, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and has been validated for reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence within amino acids 1–80 of human PD-1/CD279 (NP_005009.2). It is supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with the target protein reported at a molecular weight of 35 kDa. The recommended dilution range for WB is 1:100–1:500.
