Anti-PDC Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets PDC (also designated PHOS/PDC) and is supplied unconjugated. It has been validated for Western Blotting and Immunohistochemistry applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Three scientific validation images are provided.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-246 of human PDC (NP_002588.3), with an expected target molecular weight of 36 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The reagent is supplied as a liquid and purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, shipped at 4°C, and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery while avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
