Anti-PCNP Antibody

Raised in rabbit against recombinant human PCNP (PEST proteolytic signal-containing nuclear protein), this polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is supplied as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. PCNP is a nucleolar protein implicated in G1/S cell-cycle progression and the DNA damage response, and has been examined as a marker in studies of proliferation, genotoxic stress, and several tumor models where its expression levels have been correlated with disease outcome.
