Anti-PCNA (I88) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody to PCNA is available from Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 51-100 of human PCNA and detects endogenous levels of PCNA protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to a purity greater than 95% (by SDS-PAGE). Recognised molecular weights are approximately 29 and 36 kDa.
