Anti-PCNA Antibody [M65-8]

The Antibodies.com Anti-PCNA Antibody [M65-8] is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 reagent that specifically detects proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), a 29 kDa homotrimeric sliding clamp essential for DNA replication and a common marker of actively dividing cells. Raised against human PCNA, clone M65-8 cross-reacts with mouse PCNA and is validated for Western blot detection of endogenous protein in whole-cell lysates and tissue extracts.
