Anti-PCNA Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 98-143 of Human PCNA. The antibody detects endogenous levels of PCNA protein, with a reported molecular weight of approximately 29 and 36 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
