A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against PCNA and supplied as a liquid preparation. The target protein has a molecular weight of 34 kDa. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype.

The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat, and African green monkey samples and has been validated for Western Blot (WB) applications, with recommended dilutions of 1:500-1:2,000. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 162-261 of human PCNA (NP_002583.1). The product is supported by 2 scientific validation images.

Purified by affinity chromatography, the antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
