Anti-PCMT1 Antibody

It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 25 kDa.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 62–286 of human PCMT1 (NP_001238978.1), and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF and immunoprecipitation, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF and 1:50–1:200 for IP. The concentration is reported as lot specific.
