Anti-PCM1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the pericentriolar material 1 (PCM1) protein, this unconjugated IgG polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot and validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. PCM1 is a core component of centriolar satellites, where it organizes microtubule anchoring, recruits proteins involved in ciliogenesis, and supports dynein-dependent cargo transport, making antibodies against it useful for studies of centrosome biology, primary cilia formation, and cell cycle progression. The antibody recognizes human and mouse PCM1 and performs well on formaldehyde-fixed tissue sections as well as standard western blot membranes, allowing researchers to compare endogenous expression levels across model systems.
