Anti-PCK2 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against PCK2 and supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–280 of human PCK2, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, shipped at 4 °C, and stored at -20 °C with avoidance of freeze/thaw cycles. The reported molecular weight is 69 kDa and the predicted molecular weight is 71 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1 µg/ml for ELISA, with the product concentration reported as lot specific.
