Anti-PCGF6 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a recombinant human PCGF6 immunogen and is intended for the detection of endogenous PCGF6 (Polycomb Group Ring Finger 6, also known as RNF134 / Mel18 and Bmi1-like RING finger). The antiserum is provided as an unconjugated preparation at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, with the 50 µl format offered here, and it is validated for Western blotting (WB) on samples of human, mouse and rat origin. The product is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is shipped at 2–8 °C, and on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Purification is performed by affinity chromatography against the immunogen, yielding a reagent suitable for research workflows that require a clean, unconjugated primary antibody for downstream labelling with the user's choice of secondary detection reagents, such as HRP-, AP-, biotin- or fluorophore-conjugated anti-rabbit IgGs.
