Anti-PCDHA6 Antibody

The target is the PCDHA6 protein, and the antibody is generated in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography [C0][S1].

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with recommended working dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF [S1]. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–230 of human PCDHA6 (NP_061732.1), and the associated molecular weight is 103 kDa [S1]. Representative Western blot data were generated at a 1:1,000 dilution with 25 µg of lysate per lane, a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST as blocking buffer, and an ECL Basic Kit with a 30 s exposure [S1]. Immunofluorescence was performed on U2OS cells at a 1:100 dilution with DAPI nuclear counterstain [S1].

The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide [S1]. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided [S1].
