Anti-PCDH15 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PCDH15 is available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for use in Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied as a liquid.

The recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:100–1:200 for immunohistochemistry. The immunogen used to raise the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 160–400 of human PCDH15 (NP_001136235.1). The predicted molecular weight of the target is 100 kDa.

The reagent is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. A Western blot validation image has been generated using the antibody at 1:1,000 dilution, with lysates loaded at 25 µg per lane and detection performed with an ECL Basic Kit.
