Anti-PCDH1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PCDH1, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot applications, reacting with human and mouse samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 60–220 of human PCDH1 (NP_002578.2). It is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration, with a target molecular weight of 115 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the reagent has been affinity purified. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:1,000–1:2,000 is suggested.
