Anti-PCBP1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PCBP1, supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and has been affinity purified. It is validated for use in Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100–200 of human hnRNP E1/PCBP1 (NP_006187.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 40 kDa. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended dilutions are: WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. Four scientific validation images are available.
