Anti-PCB Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to PCB offered by Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 400–445 of human PCB. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied as 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of PCB protein and runs at an expected molecular weight of approximately 130 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
