Anti-PC Antibody

This unconjugated polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against pyruvate carboxylase (PC), the mitochondrial biotin-dependent enzyme that converts pyruvate to oxaloacetate and supplies carbon skeletons for gluconeogenesis, lipogenesis, and anaplerotic flux into the TCA cycle. Validated for western blot and immunofluorescence workflows across human, mouse, and rat samples, it supports studies of hepatic glucose output, adipose lipid biosynthesis, pancreatic β-cell insulin secretion, and tumor metabolic reprogramming where PC expression is altered.
