Anti-PBX1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PBX1 (also referred to as PBX1/PRL). It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, reacts with human and mouse samples, is of the IgG isotype, and is supplied unconjugated.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 311–430 of human PBX1 (NP_002576.1). The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein is reported at 42 kDa / 52 kDa, and the antibody concentration is lot specific.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Supporting data are accompanied by 2 scientific validation images.
