Anti-PBRM1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Baf180 (PBRM1), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blot. The reagent is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is provided in unconjugated form. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is recommended for use at a dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–230 of human PBRM1 (NP_060783.3). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 230 kDa.
