Description
From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PBR. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.
The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 124-169 of human PBR and specifically detects endogenous levels of the PBR protein. The product is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 18, 30, and 32 kDa.
