Anti-PBK (I4) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PBK (also referred to as TOPK), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated, produced in rabbit, and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal region of human PBK. According to the manufacturer's specification, the reagent detects endogenous levels of PBK/TOPK protein and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. Reported purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 36 kDa.

The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Clonality is polyclonal and the conjugate is unconjugated.
