Anti-Paxillin (Q82) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets the Q82 region of Paxillin and is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50–100 of human Paxillin and, according to the manufacturer, detects endogenous levels of Paxillin protein. Affinity-chromatography purification using the epitope-specific immunogen yields a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein migrates at approximately 65 kDa.
