Anti-Paxillin (L25) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Paxillin (L25), supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated antibody is validated for WB, IHC and ICC/IF and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids of the N-terminus of Human Paxillin, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Paxillin protein. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 65 kDa.
