Anti-Paxillin Antibody

Sourced from Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Paxillin (PXN) and supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to a synthesized peptide derived from human Paxillin around the non-phosphorylation site of tyrosine 31. It is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the polyclonal preparation detects endogenous levels of the Paxillin protein in samples from Human, Mouse, Rat and Monkey. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
