Anti-Paxillin (Ab-118) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the focal-adhesion protein Paxillin (PXN) at a defined phospho-adjacent epitope and is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody is unconjugated and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 116–120 (H-V-Y-S-F) of human Paxillin, then affinity-purified by epitope-specific peptide chromatography to ensure selective recognition of endogenous total Paxillin protein.
