Anti-PAX8 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PAX8, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit. According to the manufacturer, it is validated for Western blot and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 200-300 of human PAX8 (NP_003457.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 48 kDa, and the antibody is affinity purified. The recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500-1:1,000. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
