Description
From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PAX6. It is unconjugated and validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is recombinant full length Human PAX6, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of PAX6 protein. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at approximately 47kDa. The product is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
