Anti-PAX6 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PAX6 and is supplied as a liquid preparation. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications.

According to the manufacturer, the antibody is affinity purified and provided at a lot-specific concentration, with a reported molecular weight of 47 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, supplemented with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 190–280 of human PAX6 (NP_000271.1).

Recommended dilutions are WB at 1:500–1:1,000, ICC/IF at 1:50–1:200, and IP at 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; on delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
