Anti-PAX5 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PAX5, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western Blotting. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human and rat samples and is raised in rabbit. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1–100 of human PAX5 (NP_057953.1). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The PAX5 target has a molecular weight of 45 kDa. For Western Blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
