Anti-PAX5 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal raised against human PAX5. The unconjugated antibody, of the IgG isotype, is supplied in liquid form and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) on human samples. The reported molecular weight is 45 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 150–300 of human PAX5 (NP_057953.1). Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IP.

The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
