Description
Antibodies.com supplies a rabbit polyclonal antibody specific for Pax-3, validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC-IF). The unconjugated reagent detects endogenous levels of PAX3 protein in human, mouse and rat samples.
The antibody was raised against recombinant full length human Pax-3 and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 53 kDa, and the host isotype is IgG.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
