Anti-Pax-2 (I193) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Pax-2, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 180–230 of human Pax-2 and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody detects endogenous levels of Pax-2 protein and has an observed molecular weight of approximately 45 kDa.
