Anti-Pax-1 (T367) Antibody

Antibodies.com supplies a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Pax-1, recognising the T367 epitope. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Immunisation was performed with a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 330-380 of Human Pax-1. The antibody detects endogenous levels of Pax-1 protein and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight is ~ 55 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is supported by one scientific validation image.
