Anti-PAWR Antibody

From the Antibodies.com catalog of primary antibodies, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets PAWR (also known as PRKC apoptosis WT1 regulator, Par-4, PAR4, or Prostate apoptosis response 4 protein) and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot of unconjugated IgG. It is raised in rabbit, purified by antigen affinity chromatography, and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody detects endogenous levels of total PAWR protein, with the immunogen corresponding to an internal region of the human sequence. It is formulated in PBS pH 7.3 containing 0.05% sodium azide and 50% glycerol and is shipped at 4 °C; for long-term storage, aliquot and keep at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended dilutions on the supplier datasheet are WB at approximately 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC around 1:50–1:200, and the reagent is intended strictly for research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
