Anti-PAWR Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody, marketed under the Antibodies.com brand, is a primary antibody reagent raised against PAWR (also referred to as PAR4). It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications with human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, has been affinity purified, and is reported to recognise a target of approximately 43 kDa. Concentration is described as lot specific.

Specificity is conferred by a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 300-400 of the human PAR4 sequence (UniProt Q96IZ0). For Western blotting, the manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:500-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon receipt and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
