Anti-PATZ1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PATZ1 (POZ/BTB and AT hook containing zinc finger 1), offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 250-350 of human PATZ1 (NP_114440.1) and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Purification is by affinity chromatography and the molecular weight is listed at 74 kDa. Recommended WB dilution is 1:1,000–1:5,000. The product ships at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

PATZ1 is a transcription factor encoded on chromosome 22, localised to the nucleoplasm and classified among cancer-related and disease-related genes.
