The Antibodies.com Anti-PATE3 polyclonal antibody is produced in rabbit and supplied as a 200 µl liquid aliquot of unconjugated IgG for research use only. PATE3 (Prostate and Testis Expressed 3) is a small secreted protein studied in the context of spermatogenesis and prostate biology, and this reagent was raised against a PATE3-derived immunogen to support detection of the endogenous target.

Application coverage is reported for Western blot on lysates prepared from human, mouse, and rat samples, giving laboratories working with rodent reproductive tissues or human prostate material a single reagent across species. Reactivity is listed for these three species, supporting comparative analysis of PATE3 expression between cell lines, primary testis tissue, and prostate-derived specimens on the same blot.

Because the antibody is unconjugated, it can be paired with the laboratory's preferred HRP- or Alexa Fluor-labelled anti-rabbit secondary antibody. Standard Western blot workflows using reducing SDS-PAGE conditions, PVDF or nitrocellulose membranes, and chemiluminescent substrate are compatible. For long-term activity, the antibody should be stored at -20 °C and freeze-thaw cycles minimised by preparing working aliquots on first use. The polyclonal nature of the reagent means multiple PATE3 epitopes can be recognised, which is helpful when probing truncated or processed forms of the protein.
