Anti-Patched (A2) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the Patched target, generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal of human Patched. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is reported to detect endogenous levels of Patched protein, with a target molecular weight of approximately 160 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
