Anti-Parvalbumin Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this is a polyclonal antibody raised in chicken (IgY isotype) and directed against Parvalbumin. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with Human, Rat and Mouse samples.

The immunogen was recombinant full-length human Parvalbumin, expressed in and purified from E. coli. According to the manufacturer, the antibody is specific for Parvalbumin and does not cross-react with Calretinin or Calbindin. The target protein has a molecular weight of 12 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:1,000–1:5,000, ICC/IF 1:1,000–1:2,000 and IHC 1:1,000–1:2,000.
