The polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets PARP3, a member of the poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase family implicated in DNA single- and double-strand break repair through the non-homologous end joining (NHEJ) pathway. Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated reagent at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, this reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human samples.

PARP3 has been described as an early responder to DNA damage, acting at chromatin alongside the Ku70/Ku80 complex and contributing to the cellular response to ionizing radiation and oxidative stress. Researchers studying DNA damage response, genome stability, or PARP family biology use this antibody to investigate PARP3 expression in fixed tissue sections and cultured cell lines. Its narrow reactivity profile makes it a useful reagent for projects focused specifically on human PARP3 biology rather than cross-species comparisons.

Each vial contains 100 µl of the polyclonal antiserum, which should be stored frozen at -20 °C in single-use aliquots to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Protect from light and dilute into appropriate buffers before each application. Intended for research use only.
