Anti-PARP3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against PARP3, also referred to as PARP3/IRT1. It is unconjugated and of IgG isotype, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The antibody reacts with human and rat samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of 60 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 301–540 of human PARP3 (NP_001003931.3). The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity purification. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
