Anti-PARP1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PARP1 and is unconjugated with an IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid preparation. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 200–300 of human PARP1 (NP_001609.2), and the reagent has been affinity purified. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, with reported molecular weights for the target of 89 kDa and 113 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:1,000–1:5,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, and the product is validated for both applications. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
