Anti-PARP-1 (D214) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the cleavage fragment of PARP-1 at aspartate 214 and detects endogenous levels of activated PARP-1 generated by caspase-mediated cleavage adjacent to D214. The reagent is supplied as a 50 µl liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and it is unconjugated for use in standard immunoassays. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography and is validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications, with cross-reactivity reported against human and mouse samples.
