Anti-PARN Antibody

This polyclonal antibody recognizes PARN (Poly(A)-specific ribonuclease), a nuclear deadenylase that trims poly(A) tails from messenger RNA and regulates mRNA stability and decay in eukaryotic cells. Raised in Rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% glycerol, the reagent is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications on human samples. The unconjugated format offers laboratories full flexibility to couple the antibody to their own fluorophores, horseradish peroxidase, alkaline phosphatase, or biotin detection systems. Each vial contains 100 µl of ready-to-use antibody; store at -20°C in aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve binding activity.
