Anti-PARL Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent targets PARL and is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence applications on human samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–170 of human PARL. The expected molecular weight of the target is 42 kDa, and the recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. For handling, the reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
