Generated in rabbit and affinity-purified against the PARK2 gene product, this polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against human Parkin (also known as Parkin RBR E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase), the cytosolic E3 ligase whose loss-of-function mutations are the most frequent cause of autosomal recessive juvenile-onset Parkinson's disease.
