Anti-PARK7 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PARK7/DJ1, offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is generated in Rabbit and purified by affinity purification. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the target protein has a molecular weight of 20 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-189 of human DJ-1/PARK7 (NP_001116849.1). Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The reagent has been KO Validated. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
