From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PARK7 (A87). The antibody is unconjugated, with Rabbit as the host species, and it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50–97 of Human PARK7 / DJ-1, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of PARK7 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 20 kDa.
