Anti-PARK2 (G12) Antibody

The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is raised against the PARK2 (Parkin) target.

It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–50 of Human PARK2, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of Parkin protein.

The target protein PARK2 has a reported molecular weight of ~ 52 kDa. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the conjugate is unconjugated.
