Anti-PARD6A Antibody

It targets PARD6A (Par-6 family cell polarity regulator alpha), a scaffold component of the PAR3/aPKC polarity complex that organizes tight junctions and apical-basal asymmetry in epithelial cells. PARD6A has been studied in the context of asymmetric cell division, neurogenesis, and tumor cell invasion, where its recruitment to the leading edge or junctional cortex is often probed in fixed tissue and whole-cell lysates. The antibody detects the ~37 kDa human protein and is suitable for immunoblotting of lysates as well as IHC of paraffin-embedded sections.
